      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Write and develop content for internal and external communication and marketing materials
      - Edit, proof, and review all communications to ensure adherence to brand tone and style
      - Advise and coordinate the production and distribution of communications materials
      - Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors for project coordination
      - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements for all materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of marketing or communications experience
      - At least 2 years of experience writing or editing content
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience assisting with the management of communications projects
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or a related field
      - Familiarity with Associated Press (AP) Style
      - Experience with SharePoint or similar intranet programs
      - Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
