What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide outreach to learners regarding placement needs until resolution is achieved
- Ensure timely verifications for requested information and documents
- Update credentialing in real-time regarding learner compliance
- Review and gather compliance statuses for upcoming rotations prior to their start
- Participate in the successful implementation of functional projects as they arise

What is Required (Qualifications):
- An associate degree from an accredited institution or completion of equivalent certification
- Minimum of one year of experience processing applications and credentialing in an education or healthcare environment
- Demonstrated experience producing professional communication and correspondence
- Demonstrated experience providing a high standard of customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is preferred
