What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and develop relationships through various communication channels with individuals, businesses, and organizations
- Engage donors through active communication to anticipate their needs
- Educate and train donors and volunteers on fundraising campaigns and events
- Assist with marketing research projects and track key elements of the donor experience
- Participate in daily Enterprise Contact Center operations, including additional work shifts outside of scheduled hours

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish languages
- Proficient in compiling email, chat, texts, and responding to inquiries
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of sales, customer service, or call center experience
- Knowledge of mobile devices and applications
