      We invite you to be part of our Quality Master Data Management (QMDM)Team at IFF!

      The Quality Master Data Management works within the three divisions of IFF, including flavors, fragrances and ingredients, ensuring that all quality demands from customers are met by IFF. It translates quality related Quality demands from customers into procedures, processes and data that are vital to the rest of the IFF organization to deliver on these expectations. The Quality Master Data Management group follows trends and signals new developments and ensures IFF is prepared to continue to comply with market and customer expectations regarding quality, food safety and sustainability by engaging with Senior Management in Quality, Operations, Creation & Application, and Sales.

      To service Customers, with a response to any quality master data question, where it is through specifications, statements, reports, or any other means. It plays a major part in the new product development process where quality documentation is required needed/demanded by customers.

      To support the internal quality processes in IFF manufacturing, setting up the quality / material parameters.

      This position is responsible for ensuring that material and quality master data (and associated data elements) for strategic materials is maintained to the highest possible level of accuracy. The position exercises authority to create, modify and troubleshoot material master data requests and superbly executes IFF policies and procedures in relation to data accuracy, timeliness and in conformance to business and corporate standards.

      Main Responsibilities:

      · Provide Master Data Maintenance support across functional teams in for IFF manufacturing sites supported by QMDM responsibilities for Material data.

      · Ensure data integrity i.e. ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems

      · Continuously update master data as new products are developed and created SAP system and ensure consistency and accuracy across for IFF manufacturing sites supported by QMDM responsibilities sites globally.

      · Coordinate strategic materials and Quality master data setup, validations, and periodic maintenance.

      · Assist in data updates, changes, troubleshooting, and deletions including mass updates.

      · Respond to queries related to Material and Quality Management and its functionality. Assist to meet functional specifications to address any gaps between business requirements and solution.

      · Inform errors and inconsistency on Master Data and proactively follow up to ensure resolution is achieved. Resolve issues within SLA and coordinate with other IT resources and business experts.

      · Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions.

      · Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues.

      · Make decision on RTT /IQR requests and perform internal religious product assessment for issuing IFF Religious statements for customers and request service from external agencies based on standardized contract. To inform customer and align when required.

      · Make decisions on tariff codes (trade) and TTB permits. Negotiate with various authorities to mitigate risk and minimize cist for IFF and its customers.

      · Training on the different subjects handled within QMDM, new developments and other business initiatives, improvements.

      Job Requirements

      Required Skills:

      · Strong verbal and written English skills.

      · Able to efficiently learn new tools and Master Data Principles and functions.

      · Data management skills

      · Reasonable Microsoft Office skills, SAP ERP (QM) module, data analysis and reporting

      · Project Management skills and Basic Leadership Skills

      Desirable background:

      · Bachelor’s degree in food science, chemistry engineering or equivalent

      · 3-4 Years Experience in a Quality Assurance role in the Food Industry
