      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and review nursing and healthcare education programs using competency-based assessment and concept-based frameworks
      - Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to develop program blueprints and competency structures
      - Facilitate sessions to validate program concepts and competencies against accreditation standards and labor market needs
      - Review and revise existing programs to ensure alignment with updated accreditation standards and regulatory changes
      - Maintain the integrity of program maps through development, accreditation, and continuous improvement cycles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree or higher in nursing, education, instructional design, learning sciences, or a related field
      - Minimum of five years of experience in nursing curriculum development, program design, accreditation, or assessment
      - Proven experience in competency-based assessment and concept-based frameworks
      - Strong documentation and communication skills for clarity across teams
      - Familiarity with accreditation standards and curriculum governance structures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expertise in program blueprinting, mapping, and reviewing educational programs
      - Experience synthesizing labor market data and educational standards
      - Background in facilitating collaborative educational sessions
