      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify training needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop learning opportunities
      - Perform analyses to determine appropriate learning delivery options
      - Design instructional materials to enhance performance improvement strategies
      - Align course content with instructional methods and update materials as needed
      - Maintain knowledge of curriculum and professional development research in healthcare education
      - Develop online courses within the Learning Management System
      - Refine tests, scoring guides, and curriculum
      - Liaise with committees and participate in functional projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of three years of experience in learning technology design
      - Minimum of two years of experience developing courses in LMS and authoring tools
      - Demonstrated experience designing assessments within distance learning
      - Understanding of learning design models
      - Experience gathering and applying peer-reviewed scholarly research and user research

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Nursing/Allied Health/Health Sciences Education
      - Experience in micro-credentialing
