What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in planning activities, including conducting client interviews and developing audit plans
- Test multiple business and technology controls for audits
- Identify and document issues and process improvement opportunities
- Mentor and coach less experienced staff
- Develop relationships across the enterprise to provide outstanding service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, PMP) desired
- 4-6 years of experience in audit, risk management, or a related field
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects
