What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide effective financial administrative planning and control on fixed price and cost predeterminable development programs
- Develop program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value / project management purposes
- Perform analysis of program cost and schedule performance, identifying trends, and providing information to Project Leadership Team (PLT) and corrective action implementation
- Prepare and analyze contract Estimates at Complete (EACs) and complete financial support to assigned program teams
- Support Program Management in assessing program risks and opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
- Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Ability to travel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software (SAP, Cobra, EVMS forProject, etc) preferred
- Knowledge of Schedule Risk Assessments
- Program controls and EVMS background
- Understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts
- Ability to obtain security clearance
