What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design tailored, data-supported learning experiences aligned with advisor performance indicators
- Develop AI-assisted and simulation-based learning experiences to enhance advisor confidence
- Create engaging content across various formats, including micro-learning and gamified challenges
- Conduct ongoing needs analysis to identify skill gaps and align learning initiatives with operational goals
- Collaborate with global training teams to integrate learning into the advisor lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing blended learning experiences across various formats
- Strong understanding of tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate, and LMS platforms
- Excellent analytical and creative skills, balancing storytelling with data insights
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and align learning design with business needs
- Strong adaptability and eagerness to innovate in dynamic environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with editing tools such as Camtasia or Audacity
- A passion for demonstrating AI and emerging technologies in learning solutions
- Proven track record of improving learning outcomes through data analysis and iteration
