What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage contract renewals and generate accurate quotes for service agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy in key systems
- Liaise with vendors for competitive pricing and contract terms
- Support billing processes to ensure invoice accuracy and timely delivery
- Analyze data using advanced Excel functions to support operational decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- 1–3+ years of experience in a Managed Services or IT Operations environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Power BI
- Previous experience in a technology-focused role
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Experience in vendor management and collaboration
