      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
      - Coordinate new hire onboarding, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and systems access
      - Partner with PEO to ensure accurate data entry, changes, and timely processing of payroll
      - Serve as a first point of contact for people experience-related inquiries, providing guidance on policies and procedures
      - Identify opportunities to enhance people experience processes for efficiency and employee experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
      - 2-4 years of People Operations, HR generalist, or other related HR experience
      - Strong knowledge of HR systems (HRIS/ATS), payroll processes, and compliance requirements
      - Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms (TriNet, HiBob, Greenhouse, or similar)
