What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal permitting requirements
- Prepare, review, and submit permit applications to regulatory agencies
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary permitting documentation
- Maintain relationships with permitting agencies to facilitate smooth approvals
- Track multiple permits and proactively address potential delays
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience or formal training in a related field
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; at least two years of basic understanding of permitting processes
- Proficiency with AutoCAD 2026 is required
- Strong understanding of telecommunications industry standards and permitting processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Familiarity with aerial, buried, and underground construction methods
- Awareness of utility coordination practices and right-of-way regulations
