What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct enterprise and local strategies and initiatives for closing STARS gaps
- Perform medical record reviews for HEDIS® and HEDIS®-like measures
- Execute central patient outreach calls to enhance patient engagement
- Collaborate with Quality Leaders and Market Leaders to address roadblocks and strategize initiatives
- Submit supplemental data to Health Plans regularly as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Willingness and ability to travel for on-site clinical education
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Associate degree or equivalent preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credentials
- Experience with the CMS STARS program (HEDIS)
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records, specifically eClinicalWorks
