What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to store management, personnel, and the public
- Merchandise cheese products for display following best practices guidelines
- Provide training and instruction to customer employees on all cheese monger activities
- Offer product recommendations and pairing suggestions based on specialized cheese knowledge
- Comply with health, sanitation, and safety policies and guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years in Service Deli knowledge - cheese, deli, perishable goods
- Basic skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently or in tandem with customer employees applying excellent communication and customer service skills to all interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of product and temperature-sensitive protocols when transporting cheese products
- Siebel literate within 90 days of hire
- Previous experience in a similar role
