      In close collaboration with the HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of recruitment-related operations and providing ongoing support for talent acquisition, through the management of postings, interviews, and timely follow-ups. To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about the overall candidate experience and have a desire to develop and maintain trusting relationships with all stakeholders. You will also be responsible for the information entered into our HRIS to ensure data integrity. The incumbent of this position will work with an internal clientele with a mature level of experience in management and recruitment and will be encouraged to participate in projects related to best practices in recruitment, locally and/or globally.

      This position is hybrid, requiring a presence at our offices in Montreal (Saint-Laurent) 3 days a week. The incumbent will be part of a small talent acquisition team reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Deliver the TA strategy for Canada to best answer business needs in a proactive manner.
      • Develop & deploy best in class sourcing strategies to identify & attract the most suitable talent into our organization.
      • Build trust and strong partnerships with internal & external stakeholders.
      • Gain a complete understanding of business objectives and strategy to translate them into sourcing the right talents in the marketplace.
      • Work in collaboration with HR and Business Leaders to align skill, background, and experience requirements for today and for the “Hire for Potential” of the organization.
      • Actively participate in defining, building, and managing the required Talent Pipeline for critical roles.
      • Lead the pre-screening of candidates through Talent Acquisition process, networking, direct advertising, social media, and referrals from our employees.
      • Guide Hiring Managers through competency-based interviews and all TA processes.
      • Manage the status of candidates in HRIS, as they progress through the recruitment process.
      • Manage ad hoc projects to support overall Talent Acquisition services.


      Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources.
      • Minimum of 3 years in recruitment
      • Proven track record in driving and owning the Talent Acquisition processes while ensuring a successful candidate “journey” and hiring Manager satisfaction.
      • Project Management experience is an asset.
      • Experience working in a global/matrix organization is an asset.
      • Proficient with MS Office Suite, comfortable with HRIS systems.

      • Strong prioritization skills: Ability to manage a high volume of demands.
      • Ability to work in an autonomous manner, in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
