      Specialist Theatre Lead - Orthopaedics

      Taunton Hospital | Nursing | Permanent | Full time

      Up to £40,000.00 per annum depending on experience

      37.5 hours per week

      Our theatre department currently has an opportunity for a Specialist Lead in Orthopaedics. Continue your journey with us whilst we’ll support you to be your best.

      As our Specialist Lead you will:

      • Generally manage this specialty with overall support from wider senior team

      • Responsible for ordering loan equipment and ensuring required equipment is available

      • Supporting junior staff members both qualified and non-qualified, forming part of the team.

      • Liaising with consultants and their secretaries


      To succeed as a Specialist Lead you will need:

      • Experience in theatre scrub with specific interest in Orthopaedics

      • RGN/ODP

      • Organised, good sense of communication.
