- Place orders for high volume, high value & complex vehicles and equipment according to customer requirements, ensuring accuracy in specifications and compatibility.
- Select delivering dealers based on internal rating systems, experience and associated costs to optimize order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate specific client requests and instructions to delivering dealers, ensuring they understand and fulfill customer expectations.
- Interface with clients, manufacturers, dealers, and internal customers to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any issues related to orders and upfitting.
- Check vehicle orders thoroughly to confirm that all specifications are correctly entered and aligned with customer requirements.
- Consult with clients and vendors ahead of placing orders to recommend the best possible outcome for a particular ordering cycle
- Understand all the steps necessary for importing a vehicle into Canada, both for pre-clearance and non-preclearance situations.
- Resolve issues during the ordering and upfitting process, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Assist the Truck Specification Analyst group with dealer and vendor selection to ensure Canada quotes are consistent with geography and client expectations
- Provide clients and vendors regular updates on the status of orders and upfitting projects to ensure the successful delivery of vehicles
- Seek opportunities to improve processes, focusing on efficiency and quality in order and upfit workflows.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent, a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
- 4-6 years’ experience in fleet management, administrative services or related fields
- Proficiency in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
- Understanding the MD/HD marketplace & related vendors, in Canada, is preferred
- Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking and prioritization
- Effectively manages time and consistently meets deadlines with some guidance from manager
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $76,900.00 - $111,505.00 CAD annually for full time employees.
