What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive growth in OEM service contract renewals through upselling and expanding the customer base
- Manage the lifecycle of agreements, including creating renewal quotes and processing orders
- Collaborate with Account Executives and clients to ensure successful renewals
- Participate in customer meetings to present offerings and address inquiries
- Maintain subject matter expertise in OEM offerings and buying programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent experience, including military experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a support agreement renewal role
- Strong knowledge of OEM services and distributor-related tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS applications
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with third-party services related to OEM renewals
