What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Observe and record patient encounters and examinations during telehealth visits
- Document patient information, history, and diagnoses accurately
- Assist in medical management and document medical decision-making
- Consult with the care team and other providers regarding patient needs
- Perform other duties as assigned to facilitate efficient medical care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Commitment to ongoing learning and interest in full-time opportunities
- Advanced communication skills and ability to type 70+ words per minute
- Basic level of medical knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to work approximately 40-45 hours per week with predictable hours
- Compliance with hospital and employer policies, including HIPAA
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken in the communities served
- Demonstrated ability to radiate positive energy and create an unmatched patient experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting or patient care environment
