What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Moderate and respond to comments across clients' social channels using their unique brand voice
- Write engaging content to spark conversations and drive community engagement
- Ensure online communities remain safe, respectful, and in line with client guidelines
- Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team as necessary
- Understand and become an extension of clients’ brands, adapting tone and strategy accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High-level proficiency in English AND French with strong cultural awareness
- Exceptional written communication skills in both English and French
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and residence within the country
- Availability to work any shift, any day, including weekends
- Professional experience in managing social media platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and their functionalities
- Strong interest in content related to technology, retail, food, or hospitality and tourism
- Proven organizational skills and reliability in a remote work setting
- Active Facebook account for moderation purposes
