      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Triage incoming calls, messages, and support requests from merchants
      - Monitor the control tower and coordinate responses to urgent issues
      - Provide first-level troubleshooting and solutions when appropriate
      - Escalate complex issues to internal teams in a clear and organized manner
      - Maintain accurate records of interactions and issues in the support system

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Bilingual in English and French (oral and written) – mandatory
      - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work independently during evenings and weekends
      - Previous customer support experience is an asset, ideally in payments, POS, or SaaS environments
      - Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - Previous experience in a customer support role within the payment or POS industry
      - Familiarity with SaaS environments and troubleshooting related issues
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
