      The Team Member Engagement team has some of the most exciting jobs in the company – including developing and enhancing the experience people have on the Robert L. Crandall Campus.

      This team is looking for a Specialist/Sr Specialist to drive a positive experience for team members and visitors on the Robert L. Crandall campus.

      This role uses innovative and creative approaches to gather team member feedback and work with groups to incorporate enhancements that further engage team members to visit and experience campus.

      What you'll do

      • Lead our campus feedback strategy and collaborate with groups to incorporate changes based on what team members share.
      • Develop campus engagement strategy to encourage visitors to campus and improve the experience all have while interacting with campus.
      • Facilitate groups to drive more collaboration across the different areas of campus
      • Drive and support large engagements for American including the Centennial and campus-wide programs
      • Other duties as assigned

      All you'll need for success

      Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

      • College degree; 4 years of experience in the field or in related areas

      Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

      • Professional, positive, enthusiastic demeanor, which includes being flexible, proactive, confident, resourceful, and efficient
      • Passion for influencing culture and making a positive difference for our team members
      • Must have excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines effectively, efficiently and independently

      Skills, Licenses & Certifications

      • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
      • Sound judgment, self-directed, able to take initiative when appropriate
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with team members in a positive manner
      • Exceptional attention to detail
      • Public speaking skills and experience in presentation with all levels of leadership
      • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software
