What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communications
- Provide expert help on automotive repairs, specializing in EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems
- Participate in an initial training program designed to prepare you for remote support
- Access continuous support and resources, including guidance from experienced consultants and leaders
- Maintain a reliable schedule to meet time-sensitive customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
- Two ASE certifications (or the ability to obtain them within six months of hire with reimbursement)
- Valid driver's license
- One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct interaction with customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electric vehicles (EV)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong typing skills
