What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert for key operational program areas, ensuring junior staff understand execution to meet program goals
- Co-lead initiatives and project management efforts with clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Gather, organize, and review data to identify performance trends and recommend improvements for internal and vendor operations
- Establish processes for new workflows and leverage automation and AI technology to enhance operational goals
- Maintain detailed documentation of operational processes and metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a fast-paced office environment, preferably in the technology industry
- Availability on Sundays, with occasional weekend and holiday work
- Strong ability to connect performance outcomes with KPIs and SLAs
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in execution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Academic or professional background in project management, computer science, or artificial intelligence
- Familiarity with SQL
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheets, or Confluence
