      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule in-office consultations and surgical cases for urinary incontinence patients
      - Manage appointment scheduling for both in-person and telemedicine visits for mental health services
      - Submit and track prior authorizations for scheduled services and collaborate with clinical teams
      - Coordinate with hospital staff for surgical procedures and communicate plans to patients
      - Notify patients of financial responsibilities and coordinate with the billing department as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or MA certification preferred
      - Minimum of three years of experience in medical scheduling, prior authorization, or surgical coordination
      - Experience with specialty care scheduling and familiarity with insurance verification processes
      - Strong communication and customer service skills to convey complex information clearly
      - Proficiency in EHR systems and scheduling software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of urogynecology surgical procedures and terminology
      - Experience coordinating telemedicine workflows
      - Understanding of insurance benefits structures, including co-pays and deductibles
