What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Conduct telephone interviews, collect data, and prioritize/direct calls to the appropriate health program
- Proactively schedule appointments with the care team
- Coordinate intake forms and waiting lists for maximum clinic utilization
- Maintain accurate documentation for each patient

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience, preferably in a medical intake specialist or coordinator role
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Broad knowledge of specialty areas being supported
- Ability to work 8:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service role
