Job Description
- Req#: 3489
- Create demand for Lutron products by working closely with specifiers and project influencers.
- Drive Lutron sales growth to meet or exceed business plan targets.
- Work directly with specifiers to build a pipeline of new business – ensuring lighting and shades systems are specified on every job.
- Develop strong relationships with a focussed set of specifier accounts.
- Educate and raise awareness of Lutron’s full product offering.
- Work closely with internal colleagues to produce the relevant documents to support the specifiers needs.
- Build technical expertise with commercial, residential and hospitality solutions.
- Work with colleagues to prepare and present customer training and awareness, i.e. CPD’s, etc.
- Participate in local trade groups and networking events for influencers.
- Proactively initiate and execute new strategies to enable market growth.
- Keep accurate account information and sales records in CRM tool (currently SFDC).

- Significant knowledge of the lighting, custom AV and window treatments industry.
- Extensive experience in a sales role with a track record of fostering B-B relationships with customers to build their business.
- A good understanding of the construction industry and the journey or specification to order is critical.
- Excellent communication skills, both externally with customers and internally with colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
- Has a network of MEP consultants involved in CAT A/B fit outs.
- Proven track record of working on offices and other commercial spaces in London.
- Possess a full UK driving license.
- Desire to work as part of a dynamic team and develop a career with an ambitious company.
OverviewThis role will be focused on growing sales in the UK, Europe and globally by creating a demand for Lutron products. The primary objective is to work closely with a focussed customer base to specify Lutron products raise awareness in all project sectors and subsequently follow projects through to close, working with colleagues throughout the business locally and internationally.
