Main Functions:
Responsible for all aspects of drawings update in SPI based on Red Line Markup received
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understanding and interpretation of different types of Engineering drawings
• Utilizing standard drawings update practice/ techniques
• Updating drawings or creation as per red line markups received
• Customization of Specification Sheet
• Customization of Standard Reports, Templates and Border
• Standard Symbol Customization
• Preparation of different type of instrument specification sheet with the use of specification & process module
• Creation of JB, Panel & Cable in SPI
• Preparation of wiring drawing and loop drawing
• EDE view modification
• Following the Quality check list defined for self QC before delivering
• Convert SPI deliverable report in PDF
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Strong written communication skills as well as routine interactions with Project teams.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ISO Standards, Legends, and symbols.
• Well familiar with Instrumentation codes, standards, specification, etc.
• Knowledge about markup standards for Addition, Deletion & Update.
• Diploma / Degree Instrumentation Engineering or specialized courses in drafting is desirable with preference for technical disciplines.
• Working experience on different versions of SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI).
2+ years of working experience in different type of drawings update or creation
