What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reconcile multiple accounts in the Bursar's Office to ensure accuracy and completeness of payments
- Bill and collect payments from sponsored contracts vendors for tuition and fees
- Process and monitor employee payroll deductions for tuition and fee payments
- Assist students with inquiries regarding their accounts via phone, in person, and email
- Maintain the Procedures Manual and audit backlogged files for data integrity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor's or master's degree in general business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- At least two (2) years of experience in accounting, reconciliation, and customer service
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in higher education
- Familiarity with Workday or other higher education applications
- Experience with military billing portals
- Demonstrated ability to work in a positive team environment with strong interpersonal skills
