What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the award lifecycle for a portfolio of direct awards, ensuring compliance with federal and sponsor requirements
- Conduct financial analysis and monitoring of accounts, including expense tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Serve as lead proposal administrator, collaborating with Principal Investigators on proposal development
- Provide expert financial guidance to federal stakeholders regarding award allowability and compliance
- Develop and maintain accurate data management and reporting systems for award statistics and trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant academic discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience
- Advanced skills in task order/contract administration and proposal/budget preparation
- Strong financial analysis abilities and proficiency with spreadsheet applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
