      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the pre- and non-financial post-award lifecycle of sponsored research
      - Coordinate the proposal development process, ensuring compliance with sponsor and institutional guidelines
      - Support principal investigators in drafting, assembling, and submitting grant proposals
      - Facilitate communication between investigators, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
      - Oversee operational systems that support the research enterprise and maintain compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in research administration, proposal development, or grants management
      - Experience in a healthcare or academic environment preferred
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in a relevant field
      - Certified Research Administrator (CRA) credential
