What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and maintain product catalogs in Salesforce for sponsorship sales
- Lead the sponsorship contract process and collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Proactively communicate with sponsors and manage their journey
- Develop reports and track sales progress and key metrics
- Assist event sales managers throughout the sales process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong attention to detail
- 2+ years of experience in a sales assistant/coordinator environment
- 2+ years of customer service/customer facing experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Workspace

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within events and/or tech industry
- Familiarity with building reports and updating records in Salesforce
- Excellent team and customer service orientation
