What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a pipeline of mid-market sponsorship and advertising opportunities
- Prospect, pitch, and close deals across various media formats, including display ads and podcasts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with marketing leaders and brand managers
- Collaborate with Media, Research, and Events teams to create valuable sponsorship solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–5 years of experience in media, advertising, or sponsorship sales
- Strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, and digital assets
- Proven track record of building pipelines and closing mid-sized sponsorship deals ($10K–$100K)
- Excellent client relationship skills and a hunter mentality
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling across multiple media formats (display, audio, events, content syndication)
