- Support Entertainment & Talent Lead in development of a strategic vision and framework
- Lead owned music platform and execution
- Support management and day-to-day responsibilities of enterprise-wide talent relationships
- Work with key internal and external stakeholders inclusive of brand, media, PR, agency partners, controls, legal and property partners to develop and execute strategic plans seamlessly and in line with how we do business.
- Ongoing tracking and reporting of key performance metrics
- Provide onsite support at activations and events
- 8+ years of experience in sponsorship marketing, talent and influencer management, strategy, and/or brand management
- Creative, strategic thinker with an understanding of how brands manifest within the sports & entertainment environment
- Strong understanding of talent/brand partnerships and content creation
- Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed corporate environment across various business and functional teams
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Positive attitude, not afraid to roll up your sleeves, teamwork mindset as a way of being and working
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends during music festivals

As a Marketing Strategy Lead in the Sports & Entertainment team, you will play a crucial role in the Entertainment and Talent vertical. Your responsibilities will include fostering artist/label relationships, ensuring the growth and consistency of our owned music events, supporting enterprise-wide talent management, and collaborating with a larger team to execute entertainment activations across marquee venues like Madison Square Garden and Chase Center, as well as music festivals. Your strategy and activation efforts will be guided by a profound understanding of line of business priorities, enabling you to deliver impactful business results, brand campaigns, and measurable outcomes.
