What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales revenue to achieve growth targets across multiple sales channels
- Develop and maintain relationships with international dealers and boatbuilders
- Organize and represent the employer at regattas, events, and conferences
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve product issues and customer concerns
- Act as an in-house expert for all rowing and water sports products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two years of experience in a customer-facing role, with sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in various communication channels including in-person, virtually, and over the phone
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong sense of commitment to the employer
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time for customer and industry engagements
