What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for client reporting and analytics
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and other relational databases
- Independently diagnose and resolve performance or quality issues related to data integrity and consistency
- Collaborate with internal teams on project requirements and analytical deliverables
- Assist in refining and expanding data integration and analytical methodologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven mastery of SQL querying, query optimization, and relational data modeling, particularly with PostgreSQL and SQL Server
- Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work rapidly and independently
- Familiarity with at least one scripting language, especially Python, for data analysis or ETL purposes
- Practical understanding of cloud deployments, preferably within Amazon Web Services (AWS)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Experience with additional database technologies, including MySQL and MariaDB
- Knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Laravel Nova)
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and platforms (GitHub, GitHub Actions)
- Prior experience handling sensitive payroll, financial, and accounting data is highly advantageous
