What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, install, configure, and maintain SQL Servers (default, named & clustered instances) from SQL Server 2012 to 2022
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to optimize performance
- Implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with developers to create and maintain database schemas, stored procedures, and ETL processes
- Perform regular database maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and access management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Minimum of three years of related experience as a SQL Database Administrator
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including performance tuning and query optimization
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and data privacy standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 5 years of SQL Server Administration experience
- Experience with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS)
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or similar certification
- Proven experience in a healthcare environment
