What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiological mapping and navigation system
- Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters related to cardiac mapping products and procedures
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify potential sales opportunities and support national and regional sales objectives
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business growth
- Act as a regional champion to share expertise and influence proficiency in mapping technology among peers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
- Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
- Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Ability to interact with personal computers and perform physical tasks required for the role, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales
- Proven experience with technical training assignments
- Previous experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical and clinical support
- Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
