What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective dashboards and reporting
- Use Google BigQuery and other tools to join data tables across various sources, building KPIs and metrics
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability through quality checks and troubleshooting
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in Tableau to monitor service line performance
- Provide end-user training and support on data and visualization products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in finance within a corporate setting preferred
- Background in healthcare preferred
- Technical data experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Familiarity with healthcare data and metrics
- Strong communication skills to present complex insights clearly
