      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with stakeholders and customers across multiple call centers to implement contact center solutions
      - Serve as the central point of contact for BPO partners regarding data, reporting, and user needs
      - Design omni-channel call flows and integrations using application program interfaces (API)
      - Manage and develop platforms like NICE CXone and TalkDesk, with integration to CRM tools
      - Analyze call center data and performance metrics to recommend operational improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-6 years of experience in administration of CCaaS
      - Associate's Degree or equivalent apprenticeship required
      - Proven experience in troubleshooting customer issues and providing resolutions
      - Familiarity with call center technology and skills-based routing
      - Strong analytical skills for data analysis and performance metrics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Siebel
      - Background in developing IVRs and call routing development
      - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
      - Familiarity with omni-channel customer engagement strategies
