What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze data and KPIs to identify and resolve service delivery, technical, and compliance issues
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to internal customers regarding contingent labor needs
- Utilize system knowledge to address internal and external customer pain points effectively
- Develop subject matter expertise in program policies, data, and systems, serving as a point of contact for vendors
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes and technology throughout the contractor life cycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum educational requirement: Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Prior project management experience
