      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead annual and quarterly financial reconciliations across PBM cost components, ensuring accuracy and alignment between internal reporting and client-facing results
      - Develop and maintain financial models to forecast pharmacy cost trends and identify actionable COGS optimization opportunities
      - Analyze key pharmacy cost drivers and provide data-driven recommendations to reduce overall spend
      - Investigate and resolve complex financial and contract-related inquiries through root-cause analysis
      - Support margin optimization and cost containment initiatives by evaluating program levers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
      - 3-5 years of relevant experience in PBM, pharmacy finance, underwriting, pricing, or a related field
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
      - SQL programming knowledge and experience
      - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with database management systems
      - Python programming experience
