      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and enhance analytics capabilities for digital and mobile projects, including ad-hoc tagging requests
      - Implement and integrate analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target across various platforms
      - Extract actionable insights from data to guide decision-making and strategic planning
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable data science solutions
      - Educate stakeholders on data processes and statistical validation methods

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred in math, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in analytics or data science
      - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with analytics implementation
      - Strong understanding of data infrastructure and ability to translate business problems into data solutions
      - Excellent communication skills to convey insights and results to stakeholders at all technical levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and other technical tools used in analytics
      - Experience in data wrangling, profiling, and visualization techniques
      - Knowledge of statistical methods and advanced analytics practices
      - Ability to visualize data insights effectively for diverse audiences
      - Experience in mentoring or providing thought leadership within a team
