      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare, analyze, review, and distribute participation profit share and distribution statements according to contractual agreements
      - Compile, analyze, and review transactional data to support statement reporting
      - Interpret and summarize artist and label contracts, creating related statements and financial schedules
      - Review profitability analysis, identify variances and trends, and perform reconciliations
      - Build and maintain strong working relationships across the company, responding to requests from internal and external partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree required, preferably in accounting or finance-related fields
      - 3-5 years of experience working in a related capacity
      - Financial statement preparation background
      - Sophisticated proficiency with MS Excel, working with large data sets and complex calculations
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the Entertainment, Media, or Music Industry, particularly in Participations/Royalties
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
      - Technical working expertise with SAP S4 Hana, SAP Analysis for Office, BI, SharePoint
      - Experience working remotely in a Shared Services environment
      - Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to process transformation
