      The Home Operations Sr Analyst will support the execution of DaVita's Home physician engagement strategy. Home dialysis provides important clinical benefits for many patients, is a key driver of DaVita financial and operational performance, and is a strategic priority for the DaVita Village. In 2019, CMS announced its aim to have 80% of new US ESRD patients in 2025 receiving dialysis in the home or receiving a transplant. DaVita is the largest US provider of Home dialysis, has been investing significantly in a differentiated offering for the last several years, and is uniquely positioned to continue to lead the way in the space.

      As part of the Home Operations lane within the Home National Team, this teammate will drive physician reporting and analytics, maintain IT reporting platforms, and support our internal physician education and clinical engagement programs. The analyst will partner with cross-functional teams from diverse backgrounds to draw operational and strategic insights from various data sources. They will provide recommendations, reporting, and analytical insights to executives and field leadership for both pilot and large-scale projects in support of DaVita's Home dialysis. The Analyst should be someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day, and should expect to work on multiple high-impact, deadline-driven projects simultaneously.

      Responsibilities of this Analyst include, but are not limited to:
      • Physician reporting and analytics
        • Collect, analyze and report on operational and clinical data related to physician performance.
        • Develop, ensure accuracy, and continually update physician outcomes data reports for field operators Glean insights from performance data and build executive summaries
        • Complete ad-hoc requests as needed; become subject matter expert of operational and clinical data related to nephrology practices
      • IT Platforms / Practice Relationship Management (PRM)
        • Support all aspects of our physician practice clinical engagement program for field operations leaders, aimed at driving strong clinical Home collaboration with local nephrologists/practices and care providers in the field
        • Ownership of internal IT platform that supports operations account management efforts
        • Partner with team driving Village CRM solution to ensure PRM needs are met
      • Physician education support
        • Monitor ongoing physician education efforts and their impact on clinical and operational outcomes
        • Compile monthly performance reports and distribute to field operators
        • Customize physician and practice performance reports for high clinical opportunity groups
        • Support Continuing Medical Education (CME) certification process for education programs (new and renewing courses)
      • Proactively identify, communicate and escalate issues or risks to leadership as necessary
      • Future Innovations: partner with Home, Physician Experience, and IT teams to design and build further enhanced physician education pathways
      • Support other new Home operations projects as they arise


      Qualifications:
      • 1-3 years of total work experience
      • Exceptional Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills required.
      • Ability to build models, tables and visualizations in tools including but not limited to SmartSheets and Anaplan
      • Ability to take initiative, plan, prioritize and execute, independently, the completion of all analysis and reporting in a fast-paced environment
      • Prior experience at top-tier consulting firm or corporate strategy team with demonstrated interest in healthcare industry beneficial (Healthcare experience highly desirable, but not required)
      • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
      • Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize, and the ability to multi-task effectively
      • Innovative approach to problem solving

      $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 / year
