What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate Talent Acquisition and core business requirements into configuration within HR Systems
- Utilize Workday's business process framework to provide recommended solutions
- Design and maintain security roles for the Workday Recruiting module
- Participate in testing and identify application errors for quality deployment
- Guide development teams in the design and build of complex ATS/Workday Recruit solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years' experience supporting Human Capital Management Systems and/or Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience maintaining reports in HCM and/or ATS systems
- 2 years' Project Management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting a Human Capital Management System such as PeopleSoft, SumTotal, etc.
- Workday Pro certification for HCM and Touchpoints
- Experience in implementing Workday Recruiting for a large-scale organization
