What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct investigations of litigated and brand impact claims
- Serve as an escalation point for the Risk Management claims department
- Develop and deliver training to claims examiners and business units
- Control claim costs and maintain company reputation
- Assist Claims Manager with hiring, training, and talent development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
- 6 years of experience in risk and claims management and litigation
- Experience working with a large company and retail environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with a third-party administrator
- Strong knowledge of store operations and brand consciousness
