What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the diagnosis, solution development, and planning of new strategic products or services to drive health outcomes for patients
- Optimize current channels and develop strategic insights to streamline technology/system capabilities
- Report findings and propose key recommendations to the senior leadership team
- Develop comprehensive presentations that summarize findings and create specific recommendations for executive management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in strategic problem solving and/or product development (e.g., consulting)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in creating presentations and messaging using PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of analytical experience, including working with large datasets
- Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Background in the healthcare industry
- Proven ability to work effectively in highly collaborative environments
