      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with Pharmacy Network leadership to develop and maintain analytical models for pricing decisions and contract negotiations
      - Manage regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy across pharmacy network submissions
      - Analyze financial performance with pharmacy partners, identifying trends and areas for optimization
      - Conduct pricing modeling to evaluate financial implications of network changes and contract modifications
      - Build analytical frameworks and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making within the Pharmacy Network team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare analytics, pharmacy benefit management, or financial analysis
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
      - Proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with data analysis tools; SQL knowledge is a plus
      - Strong communication skills to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations
      - Self-directed and proactive with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or pharmaceutical pricing
      - Knowledge of NADAC, MAC pricing methodologies, and pharmacy reimbursement models
      - Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements in healthcare or pharmacy
      - Background in contract analysis or financial performance evaluation
      - Experience with advanced analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python
