      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, ensuring clean quote submissions from broker partners
      - Prepare and send RFPs to carriers using tools such as Excel or other rating engines
      - Collaborate and negotiate with carriers on quotes and clarify responses
      - Organize data into a marketing analysis format and provide broker partners with recommendations
      - Ensure timely entry of client data into Smartsheet and appropriate document storage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or high school diploma with at least 10 years of group benefits experience
      - Strong knowledge of ancillary benefit plan designs, industry trends, and carrier products
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and effective time management
      - Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the insurance or benefits industry with a focus on group benefits
      - Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in managing broker relationships
      - Familiarity with marketing analysis tools and techniques
